# Reporting

Is someone breaking the rules? And none of the staff are online? Well that's a low chance to come by but if anyone is breaking the rules you will know what to do in that situation!

## Where To Report

To report someone, either message a staff member (And ping them **ONCE**) or let us know in the [#report](https://discord.gg/Hcj3q32GYY) channel!

## What To Say

Giving us as much information as possible is better, but don't give us too much!

### Recommended To Mention

These are some things that can give us enough information on what happened.

* Mention / ping the user
* Tell us what that user is doing
* Tell us what rule that user is breaking

## Pinging Staff Rules

Please only ping the staff (**@Server Staff Team**) when a user did something really bad or keeps doing it over and over again, if you want to know what is acceptable to ping the staff for go here!
