Customizing Mod Logs

Last updated 4 years ago

Now there are many bots out there that record things going on in your server at any given time. However obviously they will not be able to log Ponjon's commands. Here is how you can have Ponjon log a user using one of it's commands!

Ponjon's Command Log System Is In BETA. Therefore, It Is Not Finished Yet.

How Does It Work

Simply when someone uses one of Ponjon's commands the bot will write it down in a specified text channel.

How To Setup

When you first add the bot, Ponjon wont log commands at all until you tell what channel you want Ponjon to log those commands in. To start Ponjon's Command Log System, simply type:

$move-logs [Channel Name Without #]

Now type one of Ponjon's command anywhere and see if Ponjon logged it there.

Common Issues

If Ponjon did not log your command in the designated channel or didn't even log at all see if any of these common issues bellow might solve the problem:

  • Channel name typed incorrectly

  • Channel doesn't exist

  • It's not a Text Channel

  • Ponjon doesn't have correct permissions to log in that channel

  • Ponjon cannot access that channel

Please Note

Whenever Ponjon shutdowns temporarily for updates, fixes, or something else. Ponjon will not remember where you chose to log and therefor will be reset so you will sadly have to do the process all over again, but it shouldn't be hard at all. There may be times during a week where Ponjon temporally shutdowns for a couple of minutes many times during the day due to High latency or overloaded usage.

If Ponjon still cannot log please join our . Our Help & Support team will help you out with the issue.
